Why people stay

Built around your week

Everything you need to keep coming back, without a single phone call.

  • Book in two taps

The whole week is online. Pick a class, and if it is full, join the waitlist.

  • Pay your way

Class packs never expire for a year. Memberships pause whenever you travel.

  • Progress you can feel

See how many classes you made each week. Most members feel the difference by week six.

  • A fair waitlist

When someone cancels, the first person on the list gets a text and the spot.

How it works

Three steps to your first class

  1. An instructor adjusts a beginner’s foot on the reformer bar.

    Book a free intro

Thirty minutes with an instructor to learn the reformer, the springs and how your body likes to move.

  2. Four people of different ages working with straps on reformers.

    Join a small group

Pick any class marked for all levels. With nine reformers at most, your instructor sees everyone.

  3. A woman rolls up her mat after class beside her bag and grip socks.

Pick a pack or a membership

Come once a week or five times. Switch, pause or stop whenever you like.

What members say

  • Eight months in and my lower back has stopped complaining. Maren notices the tiniest shift in how I stand.
    Danielle OrtizMember since February 2025
  • I was the least flexible person in every room. Here nobody made me feel that way, and now I can touch my toes.
    Kwame AsanteMember since 2024
  • Prenatal classes with Grace got me through my third trimester. I came back eleven weeks after my son was born.
    Lauren WhitakerPrenatal and reformer
  • The waitlist actually works. I got a text at 6:12 am and was on a reformer at 7.
    Sam BeckerTen class pack
  • Small enough that Devon knows my old ski injury, big enough that there is a class at lunch.

  • Clean, calm and nobody shouting. I leave every class taller than I walked in.

Questions before your first class

I have never done Pilates. Can I still come?

Yes. Start with the free intro, then any class marked all levels. Your instructor will adjust every exercise for you.

What should I wear?

Fitted clothes you can move in, and grip socks. We sell them at the desk for $14 if you forget.

I have an injury. Is Pilates right for me?

Often, yes. Tell us when you book. For recent injuries or surgery, start with a private session with Grace, who is a physical therapist.

How do I cancel a class?

In your account, up to 12 hours before. Later than that, the class counts as used.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, for up to two months a year, at no cost. Just let us know before your next billing date.

Do class packs expire?

Packs last twelve months from the day you buy them.

Is prenatal Pilates safe?

With your doctor’s go ahead, yes. Our prenatal classes are taught by a physical therapist and adapted for each trimester.

Is there parking?

Yes, free two hour parking on Haywood Row and a public garage at the end of the block.
