This policy is demo content for the fictional Kestrel Pilates. Replace it with a policy that describes what your own studio and site actually do.
What we collect
When you write to us, book a class or buy a pack or membership, we keep your name, email and what you told us, so we can reply and look after your bookings. Payments go through Stripe or Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card details.
Health information
If you tell us about an injury or a pregnancy, we note it only so your instructor can adapt your classes. We never share it.
The Kestrel letter
If you sign up, we keep your email address to send it, about once a month. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
Analytics
We use privacy friendly, cookie free analytics to count visits. If Google Analytics is used too, it runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
