Cancelling a class
Cancel in your account up to 12 hours before a class at no cost. Later than that, or if you do not come, the class counts as used.
The waitlist
When a spot opens, the first person on the waitlist gets a text and the spot. If you no longer want it, cancel within 12 hours at no cost.
Late arrivals
Doors close five minutes after a class starts, so everyone warms up safely.
