Before you visit
Do I need to book?
Yes, every class is booked ahead so we never have more than nine people. Walk ins are welcome when a spot is free.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Strong members get one free guest pass a month, and the free intro works for two.
Are there showers?
Yes, two showers, towels and hair dryers, free for everyone.
